Brand Messaging
Serrala is a global provider of payment and finance solutions that was in need of a new name, repositioning and identity. After acquiring a number of companies in the U.S. market they wanted to shift the perception of the brand from a German facing company to a global business. I led the name development and established the brand tagline and messaging.
NAMING
To elevate the company’s innovative and dynamic end-to-end payment solutions a number of naming directions were explored to support the company’s fresh and seamless process. The name selected, Serrala, was inspired by Sierra de Serrella a mountain range in Spain. The mountain range is known for its therapeutic qualities that provides the surrounding communities strength and inspiration.
BRAND MESSAGING
In a market known for being complex and difficult to navigate I created the tagline, Bringing Clarity to Complexity, to elevate the direct nature of the brand that gives its clients peace of mind.
